Return & Refund Policy

At Root Cult, each item is made to order. Because of this, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or personal preference.

However, we offer a 30-day issue reporting period for product defects or order errors. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to contact us if your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.

To report an issue, please contact us at management@rootcult.com with:

• Your order number or proof of purchase
• Clear photos of the issue
• A brief description of the problem

Items must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received.

Damages and Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, misprinted, or if you received the wrong item.

If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the issue and applicable law.

Non-Returnable Items

As all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect sizing
• Change of mind
• Personal preference
• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Personalized or custom-made items

Please review the size guide carefully before placing your order.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If your item has a defect, damage, misprint, or order error, please contact us and we will review the issue. If eligible, we may provide a replacement or another resolution.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have reviewed your claim and let you know whether it has been approved.

For approved claims, we may issue a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation and applicable law.

If a monetary refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
