All Root Cult products are made to order. Each item is produced specifically for you once your order is placed, allowing us to reduce overproduction and maintain a more intentional approach to our collections.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before being shipped.

During high-demand periods, production times may be slightly extended. If there are any significant delays with your order, we will contact you.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

• United States
• Canada

We do not currently ship to Europe, the United Kingdom, Australia, or other international locations.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are shown at checkout and may vary depending on your location, order size, product type, and selected shipping method.

United States:

• Standard US Shipping: calculated at checkout
• Free US Shipping on orders over $80

Canada:

• Canada Standard Shipping: calculated at checkout

Free shipping is currently only available for eligible United States orders over $80.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination, fulfillment location, and shipping carrier.

United States: typically 2-5 business days after fulfillment
Canada: typically 3-10 business days after fulfillment

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For Canadian orders, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply depending on your location and local regulations.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, incorrect shipping information, or other factors outside our control.

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at management@rootcult.com and we will help review the issue where possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at management@rootcult.com. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once production or fulfillment has started.

Lost or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal to accept the package, additional shipping costs may apply to resend the order.

If your tracking shows that your order was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier first and then contact us at management@rootcult.com so we can review the issue where possible.
