We currently ship to the United States and Canada.
All products are made to order and fulfilled through third-party production and shipping partners.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

If an order cannot be fulfilled or shipped within a reasonable timeframe, we will contact you with available options, which may include waiting for the delayed order, replacement where applicable, or cancellation and refund where required by applicable law.

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier and contact us at management@rootcult.com so we can review the issue where possible.

All products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or personal preference.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item at management@rootcult.com.
You must provide your order number or proof of purchase, clear photos of the issue, and a short description of the problem.
Approved claims may be resolved through replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation and applicable law.
